Mkay, you're probably looking at a main board fault.

I'd test voltage regulators first and consider EEPROM swap.

Not sure, but the chips are available for these boards and the fault is very common.

Tom66, Can't find the EEROM chip for this TV. Looked on e-bay and shopjimmy.May someone chime in where to find it.

That most likely is the best thing to do tom66. Tom66 I messed up when testing the voltage regulators I touched the DMM probes together and blew the fuse on the power board. It is a T6.3AH/250 fuse it has the pigtail soldered to the PSB . where can I find the fuse with the pigtail . I found some on line but no pigtail

Probably 1206 fuse, but measure dimensions in inches

0.06" x 0.03" = 0603
0.12" x 0.06" = 1206
etc.

I have nothing to measure in inches like that. But in millimeters it is 5x 20 mm.Number on PSB says T6.3AH/250v

Those measurements are not plausible or believable, all SMD fuses I have seen are 2:1 ratio.

It' not a SMD, it' a ceramic fuse with silver caps,see picture

5mm x 20mm fuses are common but how did you blow that testing voltage regulators?? Even a short on the secondary would not blow the fuse.

I was testing the voltage regulator with DMM and I touched the probes or pins together and it poped and I guess blew the fuse. I was testing the outlet pin.Where can I find the fuse with the wire on it like the picture ?

Which voltage regulator? Can you highlight it on one of your pictures? More damage may have been done if the fuse popped.
