So when the screen goes dark, you do not have voltage at the I/O PIN, no 24V either. That means the 24v/12v power supply quits working due to fail 12v/24v section or it is not getting the PS_ON from the main board, at the same time the main board is not sending the I/O on signal either. That point the problem to be the main board.

Hi is the black out problem have to do with the power supply?

I replace the main board with a new one.

Hi, budm I replace all the boards except for the power supply, do you thing I should replace the power supply or replace the cap on it.
