So, with new meter, you have solid 24V going to inverters? Exactly what do you read?

Sorry for the late reply been busy. I am getting 24.4v to the inverters , VBL>4.7 ,VBRI> 3.5 and its stable, VLAMP is not used and theres no reading there.

Will check the inverters, what should i look for?
Also on the main board , It has a @ U7 is a 1084 reg, it reads pin1=1.35
pin2=2.60
pin3=5.02
is this good or bad?

There's usually a fuse on these marked "1A/76V", do you see one?

Sorry, made a bad reading on the master inverter fuse, was looking at the bigger white ones. on the master with meter set to 200k, get a slow climbing reading, the others on the slave boards read good no resistance

Great! The fuse is blown. It is a common fault. Replace it and it should work.
