Vizio P50HDTV10A plasma vertical line and red dot question

Hi everyone. So I got a P50HDTV10A that I just fixed 9 caps to turn the screen on and when the screen turns on it has red dots for the first couple of minutes then goes away. Also it has a 2 pixel wide vertical line down the middle of the screen. It's not solid and looks like its multi colored. One of the 2 rows doesn't go all the way down the screen just half to 3/4 the way down. Is this a bad tab connection or the actual screen going bad. Also any help with the red dots would be appreciated.

2 pixel line is bad plasma panel.
Sparklies == LG panel? Samsung panel?

Yea it is a Samsung panel. I figured the lines were probably gonna be the panel but wasnt sure about the dots. I heard from somewhere online you can adjust the voltage regulator down 10v and it might take the dots away. I haven't tried it yet

You can adjust the Yrr and Yfr to remove the dots, but you will have to live with the line.

Yea I figured. I will try it. The lines are kinda faint when certain colors are on you can barely see it.
