Ok I found the service manual and found the fet I need
Q16604 B1CHPM000001 FET 1
Now how do I find that at Digi-Key The Part number does not come up.Comment

Most of the numbers are going to be a Panasonic assigned number, some are real but all those "B" numbers are only useful if ordering direct from Panasonic.
So have a look at the device and the markings you can usually work it out, google etc
J281 will be 2SJ281(Sanyo)Comment

i have 3 burnt componets i think exactly the same as you a fet a resistor and a diod i think. could you send me a list of what you ordered and from where to hopefully save me some time. im not right next to the board right now. ill send pics and more info later and you can tell me if it looks like the same problem.

this is your pic i circled the problems i think as far as i can tell on my board these are my bad componts cant you tell any others are bad on yours or are these the ones you are going to replace.

Ok changed the diode and resistors now we are down to a 5 blink code which is the 5V SOS. I have been unable to find the Mosfet 2SJ281 I have checked the datasheet but am unable to find ant suitable replacements.Comment

Unplug SC see if it goes back to 6/7/8.

Update received the Mosfet and replaced it still no change. 5 Blinks. When I plug it in I hear a few clicks as it is attempting to power up. When I hit the power button it buzzed/hummed (not very loud) for 3 seconds or so then clicks again and goes into shutdown mode.Comment

I feel that it is something around the burnt spot in the board because before I started replacing components on the SC board it had 7 blinks. I wish I could find a SC board for this but it appears to be a popular item and not available anywhere.Comment

Hi everyone, I have a Panasonic OLED TV model 55EZ950E, as soon as I turn it on I don't have any image the LED goes from green to red LED blinking every 4 sec, I found the service manual suggests checking OLED PANEL, PB BOARD, T-CON connectors but it seems like everything ok, I didn't find any burns under the pb board

I've had a friend discard a TH-65DX700Z Pansonic Viera Television and I've decided to have a go at repairing it. If possible could I please get some advice in terms of diagnosing the problem so I can purchase the appropriate parts for repair whether it be components, a repair kit or a replacement board. I am happy to post pictures if required.

Symptoms:
The television turns on and displays a picture then makes a clicking sound and turns off.

After watching some youtube videos and checking some forums, I'm at a loss. With both ribbon cables connected, we have no image. With the left one pulled out, the screen is black and white, split down the middle. With the right cable removed, it is all black. Backlight is working fine and we have sound and can open applications. We are strapped for money right now and are hoping to repair whatever the issue may be. I think the TV was manufactured in 2012, so I'm aware that may not be possible. Edit: Found a single vertical line of blue pixels on the left side of the screen with one of the ribbon... -
Hello, got a ST50 plasma TV for repair. No signs of life, not even blink codes. Opened it up to check the power supply, type MPF6914. Apparent issues from visual detection and measuring for shorts:
Diode type G972s6 - D101 with a short
Mosfet 06N90E - Q301 shorted
Fuse T5AH 250V - F103 blown
Diode D301 shorted
Relay DG1U-17VDC II - RL001 blown
I have not found a circuit diagram. Maybe someone here already dealt with a similar issue? Thanks for tips where else to check 😀... -

Google led me again to badcaps when trying to troubleshoot a dying Plasma that is sitting at my uncle's roughly 550 km from where I am. It's an old G20 from 2010 or so, that isn't being actively used so you can consider the panel "not too sollicitated".
Symptoms: TV starts, works for 5-10 minutes, then screen turns black and safety kicks in and spits a 13-blink code with the red LED. Once this code kicks in, the TV will not display any image anymore. Unplug it for a few minutes, plug it again, it'll work then fail a few minutes later.
