    Cap that tests bad??

    I have a Polypropylene Capacitor that i believe is bad.

    part number mmkp82 153j1000

    Measures open and with ohm meter and esr meter, also shows 15Nf capacitance.

    It is good.
    ESR meter no good below 1uF.

      153 = 0.015uF (0.015 x ten to the minus 12), or 15nF (15 x ten to minus 9)
      J = 5% Tol.
