All voltages are present at power supply, backlights turn on and I can hear the audio but I can't see the picture. Is this the LCD controller problem?

Is the screen gray? if so it may be a tcon (controler) fault. It may be a fuse on the input. Please post a picture of the tcon using manage attachments. -

I can see the screen gets lit up because the backlights come on so the screen has like a whitish/grey color when turned on, but there's no video. I will try to post a picture when I can at the moment the tv is at a friend's house. I probably should just get the board since its only $15.Comment
