I have the 7400 and looking with 2 lenses the chip is the 6408 (labeled as U4 in pcb)...or the programmed eeprom for $40 shipped within a week:

Actually I'm worry about desoldering the chip and solder the new one, which is the best method? has the chip any kind of glue sticked to pcb? Excuse me but I'm not very experienced...

Finaly I picked up those items , eeprom and chip quik , first of all I want to thanks to this forum and all members for all the knowledge showed in every post , and now the results :
My sony 3D display works again , the eeprom is the cause to be faulty , I want to share the troubles to install it , with chip quik is easy to remove the faulty eeprom but the difficult is to mount the new one, you need another soldering gun or soldering pen because the one that i used to remove the faulty eeprom reject the solder the flux causes it , besides need enough light and a lenses to magnify the area where U4 is located and the rest is all of yours , good pulse to join pin by pin to board, hope this post be useful and hope the display works for a long long timeComment

I will have the chip next week from same provider, I've found a couple of experienced guys here to help me replacing the new chip. I will post my result.
I have the sony remote, is there any key sequence to get into service & diagnostic menu. that would develop a further problem I guess???Comment

Si hay pero yo intente varias secuencias y no me funciono claro que el 3 D display tenia dañado el U4 , lo puedes encontrar en el buscador : como entrar en el menu oculto de un tv sony , y en cuanto a que te ayude personal con experiencia es lo mas adecuado ya que se requiere mucha precision y herramientas , yo considero tener muy buen pulso y le sufri un par de horas pero al fin lo eche a funcionarComment

I got here a Sony 65X950G - I tried to find any repairs guides for this model but not many online
here is the issue
I have Sony and android logo. but then 4 led red flash lights front of the tv
I have 3.3v ref. 12v reg then T con 12v when I press the power on button
but then I get black screen and 4 red flash light at the front LED
but I get 3 led flash on the LED driver board.
I check that few X900F or C YouTube repairs, seems that if you have 4 led red flash it could be due of LED black light error

I’m trying to recover a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7-14ARE05 with board DA0LS3MBAF0 Rev:F. I’ve run into an unusual issue where USB-C PD is stuck at 4.7–5V and the system won’t boot (keyboard lights flash briefly, then nothing).
🔥 The Problem Started After Suspected ESD/PD Fault
I experienced a power issue or ESD event through a USB-C charger
After that, the NX20P5090 power switch was visibly burned and was replaced
Now the PD controller always negotiates 5V @ 2A, even with known-good chargers

Hello, I'm stuck in troubleshooting…
The flash system works like that : when the (mechanic) flash button is pressed, the flash mecanically pop up, and a circuit buck boost elevate 7v (batt) to 200-300v (?) for charging the big capacitor. And when the photo shoot button is pressed, the capacitor is discharged in the xeon light.
In the D800, there is a first « power board » close to the battery. 2 wires (batt 7v) goes to another little « flash board ». I measured 7v, so ok.
When I press the flash button, it's detected by the system, flash icon appear on LDC display.... -
Hello,
I own a Sony 49XH9505 123.2cm Smart Android 4k quite new bough brand new in 2021. Just after the warranty has expired it had died on me.
The symptoms are the following: right after turning on backlight turns on and this loading screen appears, than the display turns off and the red led flashes four times.
Any idea how to fix it or if it at least fixable? Does this sign related maybe some SoC/DSP and its circuits or just some simple power supply issues somewhere ?

Buenas mi nombre es carlos me uni al foro porque estoy buscando el schematic de una sony vaio pcg-41217u otras formas de escribirlo son 1p-0117j01-a012 mbx-237 numero de placa revision 1.2 o Sony VPCSB (MBX-237), en fin me gustaria y ayudaria un monton si alguien me puede dar dichi svhematic para hacer las mediciones de una laptop de la mencionada anteriormente(Sony VAIO PCG-41217U) con el fin de repararla dejo de funcionar solo prende el led de la bateria al pulsar el boton de power el disco empiesa a hacer ruido de actividad pero los leds del frontas no reflejan acividad y no enciende la pantalla....
