Vizio P50HDM picture flicker and red sparkles

After getting this plasma tv picture going it now has red sparkles across whole screen and screen flickers on and off(menu and display also).
When I plug it in the screen flashes once and then front stby led blinks green 10 times and then solid amber.
I press power and it turns on fine but with screen flickering and red sparkles.
VS and VA are both stable at 59.1v and 197.1v.

Any suggestions besides adjusting VS and VA voltage on power supply?

Update- I will see what I can do with this info after I fix the flickering..

I think there's a video on YouTube that shows a flashing screen on the same set. According to the video, the zsus was the problem. I'm on my phone or I'd post the video. Just do a google search for p50hdm flashes.

Edi: I was half right. It's the 42" version.

I saw that video and wasnt sure about it because mine just cuts in and out similar but No color, blurryness, or distortion issue.
The first time I plugged it in after getting ysus repaired it worked fine for the 5 min I had it on then I turned it off for the night. I put the whole thing back together the next day and stood it up on stand.
Since then it flickers
I have double checked all connections

Would a bad panel wreck the zsus?
