That looks like Gamma Voltages are off. I would at least try re-seating the cable between the T-CON board and the main board first.
You also need to up load good clear pictures of the whole backside of the TV and the T-CON board which is under the metal shield.
You should also start a new thread.

UN65TU700DF picture and sound but no backlight. BL tests ok but repl. PSU didnt fix!

this tv is throwing me for a loop. do samsung tvs no longer have the backlight self test feature built into the power supply?
i tested the backlight with my LED tester and it lights up both strips. one of them reads 100v and the other reads 63.7v.
unplugged mainboard from power supply but left backlight plugged in, and then plugged psu wall power in. expected to see backlights light up but see nothing.
according to how ive diagnosed in the past, this would almost always be a bad power supply. replacement power supply was cheap like 20$ from ebay. but still i get not even...

lg 32LC46 backlight inverter board fault

Hi this oldie had no backlight .after replacing caps on 24v rail ,
still no b/l this uses inverter type:1315 B1-16A,
im sure ive come across the same inverter in a samsung possibly le32r88bd ?
all t/x in board test ok ,so i fitted 15k and led to pin 4 of oz964gn ic
this allows protect to be temporary overridden.
b/l now comes on
but the left hand side of pic is gradually darker than the right side
i have the cct for the tv
but it does not have inverter cct.
i opened it up to inspect the ccfl tubes
and they dont have any...

LG Flatron 24EN33TA No Backlight When Cold

Hi all,

I've got an LG Flatron 24EN33TA with a backlight issue. The problem began with the monitor not powering up after sitting for a long time (overnight or during the day throughout work). When I would wake the computer up, the backlight would flick on for a second then go out. Sometimes it would take many tries to get it to come on. Once the monitor came on, it worked flawlessly until another long duration of being powered off.

I thought the problem would be bad caps but I checked both of the caps on the board and they are fine. I also tried powering the monitor from...

Hitachi L40C205 lines in display after Backlight Inverter Repair

Hello. I replaced the backlight inverter on this set for a customer and there are lines horizontally and vertically on the display. They show up sometimes I guess depending on the color of the background screen (will include pictures). The customer swears the lines weren't in the screen before the backlight inverter went out. I thought it may be a bad T-con board at first but this set has no T-con board. So if anyone can help, do you think my problem is in the mainboard, the backlight inverter I replaced, the power supply, a cable, or the display (which means the customer is lying or just didn't...

Hi. Firstly I apologise if I break any forum unwritten rules, as I'm new here. I've used badcaps for advice in the past, but I've only just joined. I'm self taught, so I don't have anywhere near the knowledge that some of you guys have, but I can only hope to keep learning and get there one day.
