In reply to this topic. What if the PS board gets all the voltages with the inverter board not plugged in and the TV turns on, you can hear sound from the speakers. But when the inverter board is plugged in the power board will not power up and there is a pulse sound coming from the speakers every 3 to 5 seconds. I changed some of the caps on the power board and that seemed to make a difference because there was no standby voltage until I did change them. Also the 1 transformer on the inverter board that is smaller than the rest is reading low ohms, .366 and .666 where the others are reading 1.400 to 1.600 so I am guessing that one transformer might be bad. But I am still thinking the power supply could have another bad cap. There are three 2.2uf and three 1000uf I have not checked yet. What do you think?

More likely to have shorted or leaky power MOSFETs that drive the inverter transformers.
You need to upload good clear pictures of the inverter board.
The inverter may be drawing too much current so it causes the 12V/24 power supply to go into shutdown restarting mode, since the 12V is used for the audio amplifiers that is why you are hearing pulsing from the speakers due to 12V is going on and off.
BTW, you should stick to one thread with the correct model number instead of posting the same question on multiple threads, it causes confusion.
