SONY KDL-32L4000 - Vertical lines stretch slowly

Hi. So I attempted to repair this unit and read up somewhere else on this forum that changing the t-con board should have addressed the issue. Well it didn't. So I decided to post this a second time, but in the right place this time (for greatest results)... Anywho. I power this unit on and get a display, and it takes about 5-15 seconds, but whatever is on the screen, slowly "leaks" vertically. This includes the OSD. Suggestions?

    Thanks.

    Bad panel. Repairable.
    Same root cause, different symptoms:

I never buy lcd' with any vertical lines what so ever , odds are more often panel faulty than t-con. A White screen is another no no for me.

White screen is good. Usually T-con. I've bought quite a few like that and successfully fixed them.

Do you buy the ones with vertical lines too.

Don't worry tom your well away from my buying patch.

Got one the other day with a white screen, turned out to be the tcon cable, somehow unplugged its self from the main board.

£60 profit for plugging a wire in
Do NOT touch heatsinks when testing for voltages as they may be LIVE!

I avoid TVs with vertical lines, almost always bad panel.
