anyone got a manual for this tv, only a little over a year old. voltages are not marked on ps. darfon powersupply, good news is a pabnasonic screen. no relay click when you try to start it only when you plug it in all fuses ok, all caps check out good, all diodes, resistors and the mosfets check ok. thinking maybe digital board but need sm to confirm.

But what voltage do you get on the PFC cap? We need that number to know if the PFC Voltage booster is working or not.Never stop learning

Re: sanyo dp42740 no startup no powerlight
bud the power supply is working all the voltages are there, where they should be the tv is stuck in on position. when you plug it in it tries to start up went sour while i was out and took some other board out. get a dim glowing screen no pic all voltages are where they should be. this one is under extended warranty and hasnt made a year yet. i would have attemped repair if i could have found a service manual and dont think the manual is out if so no one has it. lest none of the pay sites do. this one is not power supply, leaning toward main board, i will know tomorrow service man will be here.Comment

Hi everyone.
Lenovo Thinkpad E14 Gen 3, stuck on the "To interrupt normal startup, press Enter" screen.
Found a lot of people with this issue, but with no definitive answer. Some people managed to get away accessing BIOS, going to Startup and turning off "Option Key Display". For me that only removed the interrupt normal start up message, leaving only the Lenovo logo.
Most people say hitting Enter does not work. It's true, if you wait a few seconds. But if you hit Enter right away you get the options to enter BIOS (which works), run diagnostics (goes to a... -
Macbook A1398 - had repeating loop of startup chime with no actual boot. Just startup chime, then restart, start up chime, then restart, etc. I pulled the battery and cleared BIOS. It will now power up, fans on, CPU warming, but no startup chime and no boot. I reflashed the BIOS chip but the same thing happening. Where should I go from here?06-14-2023, 11:45 AM

by cj_rehaHey all
I've been working on a 1984 Sanyo 27" color TV which had a smattering of bad caps in the video switching circuit. I found this oddball little 1uF 25V cap which looks to me like an early polymer, but I can't find concrete info proving it. I know Sanyo was a big player in early polymer cap development and this is the time period where they were just getting on the market, so I'm wondering if anyone has crusty old datasheets that could help identify it and determine if my suspicions are right? It has the same epoxy end seal and font/formatting as some old stock Os-Cons I've got laying...

by grimacelordTV original came to me with no power, no LED, no sign of life whatsoever. I took some initial voltage measurements and found the SN board had multiple shorted components on the board and I found a replacement cheap enough so I replaced the SN board. I also bought and installed a repair kit for the main power supply board. Now, the TV shows some signs of life, but it still isn't there yet. I scoured through all of the threads here about this model, but haven't found anything similar to this particular problem. Here is what it is doing now:
When I plug in the TV to power, I hear the... - Loading...
