im posting pics of each board one at a time so give me a bit cause its gona take me awhile,,,,,,,not sure if it has to do with these windy conditions or what??

Sometimes the internet bits can get lost and go down the wrong way if it's very windy outside.

yea with the red/yellow and blk wire unpluged i dont get a reading with it pluged in i get 170 and 30

Measuring on the Y-Main (as above -- LG call it Y-Sustain) or power supply?

Does adjusting Va make any change in voltages.

its prob something between the sub power supply n the powersupply board ,,,,but it has me stumped

the reading didn't change any when i adjusted it , but when i pluged the red/yellow/blk wire connector back in and took a reading it was 180 and 40

Try adjusting Va to panel sticker rating, usually 55~70V.

What is Vs panel sticker rating?

Inspect PSU board for KIA431, KA431 or TL431 or any other device with "431" in part code, usually looks like this:

va sticker is 60 vs is 193

It will most likely be on the bigger power supply.
Vs is low too, can you get that higher?
I am suspecting malfunctioning PFC, which may be lower board's problem.
