Everyone has different troubleshooting techniques, but when there is no power and you have already checked to make sure the main fuse is less than 1.0 ohms, then I would check for the presence of 5V DC standby on the connectors from the power board to the main board.

If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.
We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.
Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

i think it would be helpful if you gave us some more information or just clarified a few things. I know you said "no power no light no nothing" but is that really what you meant? What happens when you plug the TV in?
1. Are there any lights on anywhere? Blinking LED's? Not blinking LED's?
2. Do you hear relays click?
3. Do you see sparks?
4. Do you see smoke?
5. Do all the lights in your house go dim?
just checking because often people unknowingly omit valuable pieces of information
This TV does not have standby power supply, as you can see, it only has one power transformer. This TV is basically a 22" PC monitor with tuner. The power supply is always on.
Can i get good CLEAR pictures of the bottom side of the board as a whole and also 1/4 section each so I can see good clear traces, same for the top side. We need good CLEAR pictures.
