Vizio 55 led model# VF550XVTIA need some help

    Heello Everyone Here,
I have a Vizio model# VF550XVTIA 55". The problem I have, is when I turn on the TV the vizio light goes from amber to white. It has a click sound when turning on and off. But there is NO PICTURE OR SOUND. Okay im very new to this so bare with me. I open the tv and look for sign of bad parts. Nothing that the un-trained eye can see. After just checking things out, I did notice that when removed the cable of the LG Display board (LC420/470/55WU). The bigger one of the two the back light comes on. No picture or sound still, now if i plug the cable back in the back light goes off. There is a regulator, the number on it KIA 1112 F 843. Just checking with a meter one post has no reading. I need some help here, what should the volt be for this regulator. Or maybe look in a different place for the problem?

That board with two ribbon cables is the T-CON board. it has surface mounted fuses on it, F1 3A 125V, check and see if it is open or if it has either 5v or 12v on both ends of the fuse.

thanks for getting a start point. well the fuse has 5v on both side. I was check on the main board and this AZ7805t (821D66) U16 has no volts at all. With power on or off could this be the problem?
