May be we can get this one fix! Picture of the T-CON or how the T-CON is placed on the back of the TV so we can see how hard it is to get to it.

I can get to it by wedging up the frame work, but it would be much easier to test when its not installed..

Ohh, one of those. Well, we still need to see the board with the cover off, you can connect the board to the cable from the main board and leave the cable from the panel not connected for tesing some voltages.

Please install the board without the panel connections and see if you get any voltage on both ends of the fuse.

Please see test points as shown in the picture after you have the board hooked up.

It looks like the same T-C0N board I hacked to use with new chassis.

OK so for some reason the T-con isn't getting power as those are near enough to be zero.

Well, that means the Main board is not supplying the Voltage to the T-CON. I would like to get good clear pictures of the connector on the main board where the cable between the T-CON and the main board is connected to, there should be a switching transistor that turns on and off the voltage supply to the T-CON board close the connector.

Please check the voltage as shown (disconnect the flat ribbon from the T-CON first) and I need the P/N for Q401.

Oh have I love Mondays.. Kid back in school and have some free time.. Ok the voltages that you want me to check in post 37.. Shows a mV reading and drops to 0.00 on both. The test were done with board pulled from chass. Part # of Q401 PGGAB FDS 9435A those G's maybe 6's..

I would mount the board back in place just do not have the T-CON board hooked up.

Board back in and hooked up to everything but tcon.

Do you want me to plug AC in and push power button and then test?
