    philip 42PF9630A/37s noise bars

    got a philips with noise bars 3/4 up the screen from bottom anyone had this before? pics will follow camera batterys are charging now. model of tv is 42PF9630A/37. present on all inputs and even the menu.

      thanks tom, searching for the boards now. uses a samsung panel at least.
