    Plasma Tv flashing when there is a white image

    I have a Panasonic Plasma Tv, model # TC-P50VT25 that is giving some flash of green and red when the image is mostly white or pale. Sometimes there is a line in the middle and from that line all the way to the left the image will flash. I put some photos to have visual on the problem. Took some voltage reading from the power baord to the Y-sustain board that reads 207v when the images is normal but when the image is white and flashing it goes down to 192v. Same on the Z sustain board.Took also some voltage on the buffer board beside the Y-sustain board and they go between 22v to 90v when the problem is there.

      Looks like a D board (PDP Logic board) problem.

              Hello Community!

              CASE DETAILS

              Promblem Signs: Backlight on 1 sec off 7sec > repeat && Red standby light: 1blink, off 3 sec, 2 blinks, off 5 secs, 2 blinks, off 3 sec, restart cycle

              13V present on powerboard output. Backlight continues flashing after removing cables to pannel one at a time and even with both disconnected. NOTE: backlight STOPs flashing and remains on when connector between powerboard and mainboard (note Tcon built in) is disconnected.

              Tried inserting firmware on USB and left it in for a few hours, but no change

              Hello everyone.

              I have another HP OMEN 16-C0114NW laptop with serial number 5CD1501LJX. The original problem was as follows. The laptop could not load Windows and every time it threw a bluescreen - y - most often WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The processor that was originally in it was AMD RYZEN 7 5800H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000295. I decided to replace it with a fully functional, used AMD RYZEN 5 5600H MOBILE PROCESSOR - 100-000000296, which I got from a donor board, on which it worked 100%. After soldering the processor, I also uploaded a new, fresh BIOS to it with the UBT2 program...

              DA0G7AMB6D1 REV.D Board:

              A strange fault occured while I was calibrating the battery. This battery had not been used for a while.

              Previously to calibrating the DC/Charge LED operated normally:

              Off when no charger,
              Solid Orange while charging with Charger,
              Solid White when 100% Full with charger.

              I charged to 100% then left it playing a long youtube video,
              as expected the guage was wrong and it just cut off before reaching the low percent where it would sleep.

              It wouldn't power on so I plugged charger expecting to...

              I was asked to look at a Sony KD-55X8509C as it was not powering on, no lights.

              On inspection, there was no physical issues.
              I seated all cables and repowered the TV, then the LED light flashed Green / Amber.
              - this seems to indicate repairing required, done by Firmware update.
              so downloaded the latest Firmware from Sony website and wrote to 4Gb USB drive.
              Inserted the drive and repowered the TV.
              LED changed to white flashing/pulsing ... and it sat there for over an hour.

              i was unsure what was happening so repowered the TV and now it just...

              I though I've seen all possible kinds of failures but this one is new...
              Colors saturation is gradual.y fading out on the left side of the screen (all colors are fading out). While B&W image is looking good.
              I tried replacing TCon but nothing changed. So this is looking like the panel failure. Is there a chance it can be fixed?
              Any useful measured can be done on the panel's narrow pcbs? Is there may be something similar to taping trick to fix this issue?...
