Hi to everybody...i have a tv Samsung LN40B530 with on and off problem, when you turn on the tv it will turn on for 3-4 seconds and then it shut down.I inspect all capacitors no sign of bad caps, the only thing i notice is the transformer location TI802 it looks like burn on top. How to check if this component is good or bad...Please help.

You'll find that although Samsung TVs are expensive, they use poor quality components so they don't last. My repair count is 4 Samsung LCD TVs (one 26" and three 40") and 1 Samsung plasma (42".)

Whilst it was the transformer that blew you might want to consider checking changing the capacitors that filter the supply to it.

Use a soldering iron and solder wick to remove the solder from the connections of the transformer leads. The transformer should then come out of the board easily.

I also have this model in my shop today and it had a faint solarization. I turned the gamma setting down and it helped with the solarization but I noticed whatever channel you turn it to it shows NBC's logo faintly on the bottom right and you see trails behind people as they walk. Power supply voltages look good. VS and VA fine. Does it on DVD too but menu looks fine, no solarization on menu. So now I'm leaning towards the main board. My first thought was the Gamma chip on T-con. Any suggestions?

Few LEDs were out, 5-6 lens fell off (bright white spots) and another few popped off with slightest force. Surviving LEDs were all slightly blue so picture has a blue tint.
