Hitachi Plasma 42pma300a Sound but no pic

Tv powers on with sound , but no picture , no Vs and Va , all other voltage ok. Have tested found R005 open .Voltage on primary transformers T301 / T501 ok , no 65v or 175v .Complete Circuit diagrams with all components ,not basic are hard to find.

From what I remember from one Hitachi plasma I repaired there was a resistor value 10 ohms 5W in series with mains which was open circuit... replacing that fixed it.

I replaced that resistor (R005 ) before as it was open and still no go .That R005 runs a different circuit. The board is the same as the one in your April 2011 post.

We can help a lot more if you please post good clear pictures of the whole chassis, and then pictures of each board, front and back and close up of connectors, (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) using the manage attachments button, which is found by clicking "go advanced" under quick reply.

I have found if i disconnect the zsus board the voltage returns to normal.I have found a training manual which shows how to test the board and it indicates the main driver is u/s.I don't think it is worth repairing due to the cost of replacement board

It's also only 853x480, so not worth much anyway - working, they go for around 60 quid here.
