Philips 50PFP5332D/37
Still trying to figure out the bad display issue. Started with super fuzzy picture but has now developed a vertical bars on the right side. If the tv displays a stationary picture it make no noise. But if it start to show movement in the display the PFD inductor and the y buffer up board buzz and stops buzzing after the movement stops.
Both the y-main and x-main heatsinks DO get hot. I've checked all the fuses, FET, & IGBT's the training manual shows to check for open/short and they are all ok.
I've also checked the Y-Buffer UP for a open/short and it checks out ok.
If i'm reading the training manaul right its pointing towards a bad main logic or logic buffers (E & F). I've posted some pics below with the y & x mains disconnected and the logic buffers disconnected. When i unplgged the y-main i get absolutely no picture. The tv is in stand alone mode to rule out the SSB. I replaced the main logic and it made no change.
