dead set no power light or anything but clicks as plugged in,my research has led me to think scaler board problems getting 16,16,24 and 4 volts at power board leading to scaler ,having problems tracing scaler board,already recapped power board,bought set dead as project,any ideas?

The service manual is at Elektrotanya. It should have schematics of the Small Signal Board.

update on my problem,bought another set for parts made 1 complete set,conclusion on first set was bad power board and bad main board,these sets only have green light when on, no red standby light and power light feeds off main boardComment
