laptop started (i have to disable C-state power management from bios.)
now the usb c ports are working.
-touchpad still not working, and no led working (touch pad have error in diagnostic program from dell)

the laptop died
i buy other donor board for parts (dead one)
The problems:
- the laptop charge - sow percentage in bios (- not show any led indicator for power or charge)
- the laptop dont detect any device on usb type c
- the laptop random show the ssd in bios - cant start
- the microsd can be read randon i think
