      for moment, seem that i have to find some mosfets, to test after, and for some reason, ite died again, so i must replace it again. hope to be alive this motherboard again. i came back monday.

        The multimeter have auto scale - and when I measure, I put the resistance mode and here was 0 mega ohm.

        Yes. You asumption was write.
        Value was rising, then value was show like nothing connected.
        For moment I have to find some n-chanel MOSFET on some donor defective motherboard.

          dead end
          - for some reason, i forget laptop conected to power adapter, and after some hours +3VALW its shorted.

          tried to see what its heating up and it appear to be "sr40b" - UH1 CHIP
          resistance measured its 1ohm.
