Yes. Those parts labeled FLx are on the YSUS and ZSUS boards, under the heat sink and under the IPM.
Fusible Link sound appropriate; they do read 0 ohms (or very close) across them.
I made the mistake of ordering the replacement IPMs before checking for replies back here. D'oh! I paid 17USD for the ZSUS IPM. I didn't realize substitute ZSUS boards were available. I also now see that the original part number is only about 30 USD on eBay too.
There's that path with found broken TVs that starts with the exploration phase, moves on to the investigation phase. Then the trying different solutions phase, and finally branch of solution phase, or the "get this mess out of the house" phase. I think I'm getting close to that last one.
