Check the Nano Fuse, it is very tiny, black with a marking 20.
It is located on the Inverter Board.

Hi - firstly you need to update your profile to say where you live.
You then need to provide some information about yourself- electronic skills what tools (multimeter/ Soldering iron) you have and your ability to use them
You then need to take the back off your set and provide a clear photo of the general layout. Photos will also be required of the front and back of the individual boards. I see you have replaced the power supply was it guaranteed working?. What else have you tried. Have you searched this forum to see what others have done. Have you read this thread:
          https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...ignia+ns-32lcd

You should also read :https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=10419 from about post 18 as it will give you some ideas on what checks /tests will be needed.

Photos should not be posted inline - use the manage attachments. They should be well lit, clear, we should be able to read the part numbers on the boards.
