    Sylvania LC320SLX shutsdown quick

This tv shutsdown to standby so fast the B/L wont flash nothing. I'm not familiar with this chassis. I checked mosfets on inverter and the 4 xformers are ok on the secondary. If I pull all the wires off the inverter and power up it stays green. IDK, I think I attached pics will see if they show up... Referring to pulling the wires I mean the ribbon going from main to inverter.

I appreciate the pictures. This is an unusual design; I don't think I've ever seen anything like it. What I find most remarkable is the 'inverter' seems to be unusually complicated. Of course, it's got it's own power supply. But where is that ribbon cable at the bottom of the inverter going?

Hi Bill, there is no per say T CON board on this tv. that ribbon you speak of goes to the screen as well as 1 from the hdmi to the right side.

Update, problem solved and unrepairable. Cracked screen, I unpluged the screen and backlight came on and stayed on...
