No inputs on my Philips flat HDTV 50PF9631D 50" plasma

Last year our plasma had died and Sears came out to repair it. We needed a new power supply. I took the power supply to work and repaired the 2 caps on the board. The tv now powers up great, the only problem is that none of the inputs work at all. They did before the caps were replaced. Could I have plugged in a cord on the wrong place? There was one small connector on the left side of the board that could have plugged into 2 differnt places. Or could a different board gone bad in the process?
