Samsung QE55Q7CAM scrambled picture / squares

Quick question please, not much info or pics to go on unfortunately as its not my TV, and I dont have it infront of me, but was wondering if anyone has come across this before, and what the problem possibly could be?

Samsung QE55Q7CAM

Owner states after the tv has been on standby for a long period of time, when switched on, it displays scrambled/blocked image as pictured.

If one connect cable is disconnected and reconnected or power turned off at the main socket it will work fine with no problems until its been left on standby again for a long time.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. TIA

From what i've seen (few) Samsung ocb cables are a modern s*it made for short lifetime, if one touch it for disconnect reconnect maybe it restores connection until it "relaxes"..

I got the TV in the end to investigate any further, so unfortunately I couldnt say what it actually was

the same issue in yours youtube... it was hisense 4k panel with out t-con... solved the problem with panel .bin file friends from hisense Chinese eng. sent it to me
so u may try firmware
