samsung un58tu7000u bootloop and no display

HI everyone , I have this samsung un58tu7000u tv with boot loop . i been reading all these threads regarding boot loop and i managed to get the screen show now vertical bars but no solid image.

The tv came to me with no image and boot loop
these are the things i did
    1. I remove PSB input to MB ,the backlights are working fine ,no boot loop
2.Connected PSB input to MB ,boot looping
3.Disconnected the flexi cable from MB to panel input , no boot loop
4.Connected the flexi cable and removed the U shape flexi cable on panel pcb to isolate right side of the panel ,still boot loop
5.Tried the masking trick and after various combination ,masking pin 28 on the flexi cable from the MB output side, no boot loop and the tv show line on display

i have done voltage check on the panel side and i am getting 24v dc on both side of the panel.

Anyone who can guide me beyond this will be really appreciated.
    The tv MB is BN41-02751A-000
    PANEL IS CC580PVD60
    COF IS NT30226H-C7610A

i am determined to know what is going on with this tv
any help with schematic of the MB or COF will be really a good step

just an update to previous post i forget to mention the voltages
here are the voltages on both side of the panel both sides
    1. ck1-ck8 = -6v dc
    2.clr,stv,vss,lc1,lc2 =-6vdc
    3. vgh = +24vdc

i dnt know what extacly these voltages are meant to be and the values.

    any expert can help

Put up some good clear pictures of the panel driver boards and their connections, one easy thing to do is clean the ribbon cable ends with isopropyl alcohol, some use pencil erasers, not too vigorous they can be delicate.

Another easy test, test the little mlc caps on the panel driver boards, probe on each end, check for shorts or very low ohms.

I see, so what kind of nerd are you? lol, did you test those caps per post #4?

well i am an aircraft engineer type of Nerd.. anyhow that is not important ... yes i check all the capacitor on the panel with multimeter .one side is grounded and other side show not grounded so that are all ok.. To me the voltages look not ok... all negative except VGH.

the screen no display and just lines seems like something wrong with voltages. I downloaded the panel datasheet from the this forum CC580PV6D and as you can see the pin which i masked in pin no.28 ,which as per datasheet is VGH2.
if i remove the mask from pin 28 then tv will start boot loop

so the problem are many bt first i want to get the screen back without the lines which i guess some electronics samsung nerd can solve

Is there a post that shows pictures of these mlc caps? And where to put leads? I don't have this tv but curious trying to learn thanks

@ EasyBone. Probably is somewhere, maybe try the search, there's a youtube video there, there's plenty more on youtube but finding a good one might take a little searching: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfTbAIDj_YY

Sometimes you can not get a good picture just masking one line, try masking about 15 pins on the bad side, sometimes it takes trial and error and sometimes it's just not fixable, in some cases it can be a bad diode array or bad resistor/s or other component on those boards.

well i have done all those trail and error hours and i reach up to this point .. the videos on youtube are not specific to this model and few are there but language barrier..

the thing is i want to know these negative voltages i am getting on all test point excpt the VGH is very odd and i want to know why.

can someone tell me why all are negative readings

I’m learning any Samsung tv that has a “U” is shit.

KU, MU, NU, TU and even the new CU is already dead at my local Walmart

                              "u" - uhd (3840х2160).

I'm aware but those models have problems. Samsung makes higher end TV that are UHD and don't have as many problems as these.

The KS series and higher end QN series are UHD TVs are a lot better. They have faults as well but at least you get 4+ years before any problems for the most part.

just to let you guys know the VGH on left side of the panel was short.
how i know...i cut all the vgh,sk1-sk8 and other test point on the panel board
then i tried connect VGH first by solder...and that bloody thing was short tv start bootloop..that circut is bloody small to track where VGH goes . so i call it a day and junk the tv in store to ROT..
