Hello guys,

I have this TV that has a large or stretched image as you can see in the following video.
Is the first time I see this problem.
At first I thought there was a configuration problem in the user menu, but it's not.
I need your sage advice to fix this problem.
I have my doubts about the main board firmware or bad panel.
But I want to know what repair tips you guys give me.

Try a factory reset if you have not.

Maybe try going into your regular menu in display settings and see if there's a reset to defaults or similar there.

I already reset all the settings in the user menu with no results. The image remains the same.

Try a factory reset if you have not.

I try to enter service mode with this sequence:
While pressing the [VOLUME (-)] button on the main unit, press the [INFO] button on the remote control three times within 2 seconds.
But I don't know how to navigate in this menu.
The folowing optios are displayed:

If you know how to navigate this menu and where I can perform a factory reset, I would appreciate your help.

That may be the wrong menu, try menu +1147 or menu +2383, see if something like factory settings shows up you might want to select shipping mode then press ok on remote, always record your original settings in case you need to go back to them and remember it's pretty easy to brick your tv if you set things wrong in the service menu.

Do you know the history of this tv, I have seen things like this before when there was a mismatched mainboard put in.

As nomoresonys said and also my first thought was, the panel and the main board doesn’t match. Or someone frigged around with the factory settings.

my client bought this TV like this.
This TV had already been repaired previously since the two flexes that go from the T-Con to the panel are different from each other.
Even one of its speakers is not the original. It's different too.

The button sequence (menu +1147 or menu +2383) doesn't work.

Ok, can you tell us your panel number? should be on the back chassis somewhere.

Can you post a good clear picture of both white stickers on the mainboard if there's 2, or type out all the alpha-numeric numbers and letters.
