    LG 4K 49SJ810V-ZA cap identify

Can anyone help identify the two circled (shorted) caps in this picture or recommend suitable values that would work?

Remove it (most of all, one is shorting, and the second is on the same bus, connected in parallel), everything will work fine without them.

      Thanks for the reply.

I removed them both but the short is still there. I measured all the caps along the entire line and no other shorted ones. I injected voltage and the ribbons glowed warm in the thermal camera as well as the two points where I'd soldered the terminals. Any ideas what could be happening here?

It is necessary to disconnect all the loops from the T-Con and check without it, the circuit may be in the panel itself.

By the loops do you mean the 6 brown flex cables that are soldered onto the board running down from top to bottom in this pic?

That's not the problem, I only put the cable back in for the picture so it was more obvious what people were looking at. Thanks though, and well observed!

No, of course, if you tear these 6 from the slats, then you can already throw out the panel, I meant these cables.

the questions after you removed both caps. did you measure them out the circuit if they are really shorted !!!!!.... i wounder what TV problem you have make you go direct to the buffer boards ???

They were not shorted. When the flex is disconnected the circuit is still shorted. The problem is that the screen is white. When I disconnect the cable that goes to the shorted buffer board half the screen works.

Yes, I had already removed that cable. When the cable is in the whole screen is white. When I remove it half the screen works (the side that doesn't have the shorted circuit)

Post a photo of this whole, non-working plank in good quality.

how about when you disconnect the good side.. did the suspected side turn white again or remain black.?
