    Fujifilm X-T20 Shutter Issue

    Hi all,

I have a Fujifilm X-T20, and the shutter is not working. The camera seems to think the aperture is stuck and gives me an error message asking me to turn it off and on again (Turn off the camera and turn on again).

I noticed that there are two optical sensors near the shutter. Each sensor has four pins, with two of them connected together, meaning there are only three wires per sensor going to the mainboard. None of these wires are connected to ground.

When measuring the voltages during operation, I found the following values:

    - Sensor 1: 3.3V, 2.2V, 0.02V (measured while it was blocked)
    - Sensor 2: 3.3V, 0.151V, 0V (sate is unclear because it's inside the body)

It seems like Sensor 2 may be malfunctioning since it shows 0V (not ground), but I'm not sure what the correct voltages should be.

Any advice on what the expected voltages should be for these sensors or how to test them with a mutimeter (resistance and so on)?

    Thanks!

PS: I don't know if my question belons here or into the general technical descussion thread.

    OLED65G6P-U.BUSWLJR Temperature sensor issue
    by drake441335
I am a very beginner at tv repairs. I am trying to fix my tv before I end up buying a new one. I do not know names of boards, but I will do my best to explain what I have done so far.
Tv is an LG OLED65G6P manufactured in april 2016. I had a warranty on it till September of 2021. Warranty is done. The problem I am having is when I turn the tv on after about two or so minutes a popup comes up and says the temperature sensor issue, and then it powers itself off. The tv works as designed, picture, sound, wifi, settings and everything, before it just powers itself down.
    So i did what any...

A2141 MacBook Pro 16" lid sensor issue.
    by Stephen
Just like the title states. I have been confused at this point. Computer won't turn on when lid angle sensor is plugged in, when unplugged it turns on immediately, however I have tried 4 different lid angle sensors all OEM and calibrated without issue. I even pulled one from a donor computer and still nothing. I know the M1 Pro sensors are married to the board however I do know the 2019 intel are not as long as they came from a donor LCD etc. What I do not get is why is the lid angle sensor forcing the computer to not turn on, another issue I see when the lid angle sensor is disconnected...

Meaco Arete One / Deye Dehumidifier not working
    by CG2
I've got a dehumidifier that has stopped working. Plug it in, press the power switch, and it beeps 5 times. Nothing showing in the display (which is just two 7 segment displays) apart from the two decimal points flashing. The model is a MeacoDry Arete One 18L, which seems to be a rebadged Deye (all the boards are marked Deye). Here's what I've got so far (details in case anyone else in future should need them).

Starting with the power board. Mains power comes in at the red connector top left. The compressor is powered by the orange connector to the right of that and is switched by...

Google Pixel 5 - Proximity Sensor Issues - Reflow/Replacement procedure tipps wanted
    by groomit
    Hi,
I just replaced the battery on a Google Pixel 5.
After that the proximity sensor isn't functioning properly any more. It is constantly activated. So when playing a voice message on Whatsapp, the Screen instantly turns off.
Checking with a sensor app I can verify weird behavior of the sensor. It is triggered when nothing is near and sometimes works correctly when squeezing the phone next to the sensor hole.
The rubber seal is on again (as mentioned in various suggestions in other forums).

This smells like a cold or broken solder joint. So I'd like to reflow...

MacBook Air A2337 (820-02016) USB-C Port Issue – Only Works in One Orientation (CC Line Problem?)
    by rounin
    Hi everyone,

I'm working on a MacBook Air 2020 (A2337, board 820-02016) and running into a strange USB-C issue. I've gone through quite a bit of testing and part replacement, but I'm stuck — hoping someone here can shed some light.

    🛠 Original Issue
    The machine initially wouldn't negotiate 20V over USB-C — stuck at 5V.
Diagnosis showed PP1V5_UPC0_LDO_CORE shorted to ground.

I replaced U3100 (UF400) using a donor board (A2179), and the machine powers on fine now.
