MFC Brother l3750cdw photocopier stays frozen while receiving data.!! please help

Hi guys, I have a problem with this copier, Brother MFC-L3750CDW. It seems to have a defect in the firmware because it is blocked when sending documents over the network or USB connection. Is it possible to physically flash? Its main problem is that no cable connection works. This printer is only working from the front panel for scanning.

dude i guess it needs to be flashed by a special tool , the chip need to be removed from it's motherboard and prgrammed
