Panny are made in malaysia. Even known good stores like RS components say that.

Hi I would like to post another question:

I recapped another unit (the FSP was in use so I turned to a Delta 350W APFC unit)

Most output caps were Ltec and replaced with Samxon with all same capacitance and voltage, not most are high temp/long life capacitors, due to limited availability

450v 220u Samxon LP ------ left as it
35v 220u some cheap capacitor, can't recognize --> Samxon GT high temp/long life
25v 470u some cheap capacitor, can't recognize --> NCC LXG high temp/long life
16v 2200u x2 Ltec --> Samxon GT high temp/long life
16v 1500u Rubycon YXG ------ left as it
10v 3300u Ltec--> Samxon RS high temp/long life (not as long as samxon GT though)
10v 1500u Ltec--> Samxon GC ultra low ESR
10v 1000u Ltec--> Samxon GT
6.3 3300u Ltec x2 --> Samxon GA ultra low ESR

Result:
the unit turned out running cooler.
Did NOT give any improvement in overclocking
3.3v reads 3.38 stable, 5v reads 5.01 rock stable, 12v reads 11.79~11.80 go back and fro every half second. Am I getting a problem here?

Doesn't look like any problem, but it's just a consumer grade delta. Will do it's job but your not going to be able to OC much.

before recap the 12v rail didn't go up and down that much
Is it because of the voltage now sit right between 11.79/11.8 or because I am getting more ripple by now?

Ripple happens so fast you can't measure it with a DMM. Just wiggly voltages.

Those are okay for the psu, and is normal it runs cool because of low power consumption, recap them when its needed ( may in 3 - 4 years )
