Please help identify this component. It has a body marking of BE and QX. In the middle of the component, there is a writing that looks like LOGO. Please see picture below.

Here is the drawing, with the suspected Japanese marking. Accroding to the semicon tester that I used, it is a PNP silicon BJT. The packaging is SOT-89


It is installed with KA3505 -PC SMPS Supervisory IC.
