but why it worked after desoldering ic? maybe just another heat to make some component work normal

So i think i have broken controller of temp. I try to hook up my iron from another station and it wont turn off on temp like the hotair.

looks like everything is controlled by that long IC in socket, but it is absolutely nothing marked on it

count the pins and see where they go - or atleast the power goes on it.

            Re: Kada 852d+ need schematic

loos like it have voltage from that 5V regulator LMxxxx

Voltage looks everyvhere ok on its pins.

i was thinking that compressor looks after sensor to cool and shut off, but after power off it cools heater right one minute before turn off, so it is not controlled by it

so sensor driven controller circuit not work

                I have a KADA 852D+.
Have not torn apart into it in years... but let me know if you still need any info, like where wires connect and whatnot.

Mine was a 230/240V version that was re-wired as a 120V version by simply changing the plug by whoever sold it to me. Luckily, I found another transformer from a similar dead station and wired the two transformer outputs in series to get the proper voltages.

Someone has a connection to the cables, I burned a resistance, I don't know what value it is

862D+ solder station iron out of control when fan on
                          by liquidzorch
                          Hello.
I have a soldering station, 862D+, and every time the hot air gun is on, even if it is just cooling off, the soldering iron controller stops controlling. Let me explain what has happened so far, as it took a while to get to this.
First, the switch that turns on the hot air gun started to fail, the light came on, but temp never rose, I would have to switch it multiple time to get the gun to start heating, this was due to the contact inside being carbonized. I opened the switch up, clean the contacts, and it would work fin for a while until carbonized again. So, I ordered a switch...

Schematic vs. Reality: Where Are the Resistors on My Sharp Clock Radio? Model FY-70CH
                          by TinkerTron
                          Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on a mid-70s Sharp Electronic Digital Clock Radio, Model FY-70CH. I found the service manual online, printed it out, and have been studying it for a while. My main reasons for tackling this are: (1) I want to learn electronics and figured I'd start with something I had on hand, and (2) I want to fix its issues. Right now, the radio sounds awful, has about 5V DC at the speaker terminals, and the alarm time setting doesn't work. But I'm not asking how to fix these problems.

Instead, here's what's been bugging me so far:
                          The schematic...

                          Acer x163w Monitor PSU schematic
                          by atunguyd
Ii wonder if anyone can help me. I have a Acer x163w monitor which is not powering up. The PSU main capacitor's one leg had completly come off - I replaced it but the PSU is still not outputting DC. I found the monitor in questions service manual here on manuals lib but the schematic in there is a completely different - the schematic shows no mosfet to drive the transformer while the one I have does use a mosfet - also the schematic shows only one optocoupler but mine has two.
The PSU board is labelled FM-20A02-AAA made by APD as per the image below. I am trying to find a schematic for this...

MSI Ventus RTX 4080 16G Broadview schematic needed
                          by Thetechdude
Hi guys, I'm working on a MSI Ventus RTX 4080 16G. The GPU has 12v, 5v, however what I assume is the 1.8v rail has 1.1v and what I assume to be PEX is 0v. As you may have guessed already there is no Vmem and no Vcore.

I have looked around in related forum posts for a schematic so Much appreciated if anyone can share a Broadview schematic.

                          Thanks.

Had one of these come in for repair with a blown battery and a WiFi issue, battery has been replaced with genuine battery (twice) and won't take a charge works fine on AC, WiFi issue gone away.
