Please help identify this IC with top markings: EZDQ 324 MRC129. It has an ST logo also. This is from the Supermicro PSU usually used for bitcoin mining. Thanks all

Hi.

Maybe Amplificator operational, LM324. Check pin 11 to GND and Pin 4 for VCC.

LM324 quad op-amp.

btw, it may be better to replace it with LM224 if it's failed.
LM224 is the higher temperature version.
