They do test correct in only one direction yes?
If you get the same reading in both directions they are faulty.

most of the diodes are 0.2V on diode test..
one of them is 0.4V ...

How can I test opto coupler ?

The 0.22 ohm resistor should not be controlling the output voltages, with no load on the output they should be about 12v and 5v, if not then you have a fault with the feedback opto coupler circuit.

Take your suspect diodes out of circuit and check them for conduction in one direction only, use the diode check on your multimeter.
If your meter does not have a diode check then put the diode in series with a small bulb and battery, it should light only in one direction.

    Yes!

Stop playing with things you're obviously unfamiliar with before you hurt yourself. Or, miswire something and backfeed line voltage (with, say, a fake supply) up a USB cable into a computer, via the drive you're trying to copy over, and destroy both!!

Don't jump in the "deep end" til you learn how to swim. I warned you about using the original fake POS supply w/o bonding; you then replied about connecting the EGC to the bottom of the non-isolated bulk filter cap, straight off the AC line rectifier- I also specifically told you about that.

You had no idea what was referred to when I mentioned secondary side bonding to the EGC; right away you knew where to put that green wire. If you actually connected the ground/EGC to the neg side of the big cap after the line rectifier, you'd have gotten a big surprise...

And now, because you can solder, right away you're trying to work from/modify some schematic. Have you even traced out the ckt on your board???

I put 0.15 ohm /5W on R1 and it gives me a short (bulb turns on very bright)
now I use 22 ohm /2W....it's working normally (no short ) but output only 1.1V and 2.1V

My rectifier diode forward voltage are only 0.1V.....I reckon, they're all broken...
    Any suggestions ?

    Thanks for the schematic,
    it's working now...but I don't have 0.22 ohm /1W....
temporaly I change to 22 ohm / 2W.....It gives me a lower DC voltage output...
I'll change to to the proper one later on....waiting another month

Here is another schematic, this basic 12v and 5v supply is copyed by many.

Can I connect negative side to ground straight away ? for safety,
    without connecting to transformer ?

    Thanks

Can I do like this to fix the ground ?

but it looks like there's no ground on the transformer....so
can I put ground to negative side ?

    Which resistor?

just go to some used electrical markets / boot fairs and look for an old external scsi-case or external scsi / parallel-port cd drive.

they had very high quality 5v/12v psu's in the back of them.

There's a big difference between properly insulated two-wire SMPSes and the fake ones, that either have no EGC or have a "third wire" but don't connect it to secondary common. Leaving your computer/phone/whatever floating; should there be a fault from pri-sec, that "low voltage" device floats at line voltage...

As myself and others have repeatedly brought this up and clarified it ad nauseum, this will be the last time for me.

I'm done with this- anyone fooling themselves into thinking "it won't happen to me' really need to understand the principles at play; look into the fake iphone charger incident for starters, then put it all together and realize how that EGC protects you by providing "an effective fault-clearing path."

those do not connect to the EGC, but to the floating common of the input cap

    What is EGC??
