robomow rs serie power supply board PCG6005B not charging

    Hi,
i'm trying to repair my mowner's power supply unit which doesn't provide the 34VDC from the control electronic board. (PCG6005B)

As i'm newbie in electronic repair ,i 'm seeking for advices.
i can solder things and have some voltmeter
    here's a picture of the board .
note : the input power is 34V DC and the output (white connector on the left) output 0V .
when i turn on power , the status leds light up as normal (this board is measuring if the peripheral wire is cut , and can see when the robot is on it's base , all theses functions seems to work , except the charging)
    Thanks

    R20 bottom-center looksa bit strange.
    a fuse maybe?
and check the all the transistors (marked Q) for shorts
