Have searched internet have found no answer. Must admit my internet skills need improvement. Ic used in Vestel 17pw20-v1 psu.

Nope, it is an error on the schematic. IRF7314 is a MOSFET, FAN7529 is a PFC controller. Looks like the schematic was drawn by someone too lazy to choose the right chip symbol.

Ordered fan 7529 from CHS.Arrived today. They sent me Irf7314. Know circuitry differences,so I suspected an error. You certainly are the man to verify my suspicion.Was going to contact them on monday. Now I won't ask if it is eqivalent part, I will tell them it is definately not. Thanks again.

Yeah, IRF7314 wouldn't work at all. It's just two MOSFETs in a single package.
