Can I trust the voltage readouts on my motherboard?

Trying to figure out a stability issue with my computer. HWmonitor offers a nice voltage readout, and I noticed my +12V can drop pretty significantly under load. Here's a screenshot after running a stress test (gpu and CPU):

Power supply is a "new model" TR2-600. 80+ bronze, should be more than enough. My kill-a-watt says the computer never draws more than 315 watts from the wall.

So is that +12V too low? Or can I even trust these numbers?

Software monitoring is useless. A multimeter is always the best option If it was dropping to 11V then your computer would freeze or restart.

it is freezing, and I'm trying to figure out why.

Ummm... you had the answer to that if you'd bothered to read the whole post.
