    RCA L22HD31 power supply issues

First off i would like to say hi as i'm new to the badcaps forum, 2 day's ago I received a 32 inch RCA HDTV from my friend and the power light blinks like crazy and won't start i was able to run the t-con board just fine using a seperate 5 and 12 volt power source, everything start's minus the CCFL tube's X4 that light the screen because the inverter is on the same board as the power supply. there are no bloated caps to be seen but i hear a clicking noise from the area of the board circled in red i think it may be a bad transformer any thought's ?

sorry for my grammer i haven't slept awake since yesterday trying to figure this out

    TV model: RCA L22HD31

    supply/inverter model: jsi-220406

Maybe you could post this in the LCD forum, it may draw more attention there.

Measure in the terminals of the two transformers if there is continuity or no.

Try heating the caps, especially the small startup caps in the primary side of the circuit with hair dryer to see if it will startup.

Are all semiconductors (rectifying diodes, switching transistors) good? Clicking suggest protection mode, that means something is most likely shorted.

Can I suggest you stop using this post and JUST use the one in the TV section and let this one die.
