Anyone know where I can get access to a schematic for a Laptop, its for

Got a problem with a non booting toshiba satellite p10. Tracked it down to missing 5 volt rail for isl6247. Vcc is short to ground.

This was a progressive failure (longer time to boot, multiple tries). Does that sound like caps? Anyone any experience similar to this?

You need the board number of the manufacturer (not HP) and I bet it's on this page.
