see where it goes !
do some continuity check caps around; check for other short how much voltage you get there on each pins.

anything will help to help you.
i don`t know how to say it help us to help you.

from that picture we can`t understand nothing; voltage
where is stop where it goes .

find every QFN chip see model ;we find schematic and we see what it is; we need to see some voltage wtf happen why it burn>?!?!??!
