What was your main problem? is that file is your original backup or it's for another device? what's your device service tag?

Here's your new bios file, try it and let me know.
In the first boot go to bios menu, write your service tag, disable Absolute, save and restart then press (Alt+F) to exit the TPM.

do you have the original bios backup, where is the bios at post #1 from,is it a random one you found somewhere

Use a much older bios region update and the TPM error should be fixed

Indeed, I did a BIOS update, but the same problem is also a problem with a delay in showing the data, after about 25 seconds.
