Bios is not open source. The laptop has been repaired so the original bios may be lost. Thank you for your enthusiasm, looking forward to further help to definitely rule out bios when repairing

Markus1741 The machine from China has arrived, and I suspect the motherboard is a 7420 2-in-1 because the model numbers are the same, and the 7420 2-in-1 has a BIOS version of 1.37.0. Condition: The machine has a BIOS update error and won't power on.

i have tried it sadly, it remains the same.

random off and on, fan runs at top speed. the caps lock light stays on.
after some time it will display red, white, blue, red, green, black colors.

hello everyone, please i still need help with the BIOS problem.
i tested random firmware i can find, the only best result thus far was the dell logo flashed once. There was nothing thereafter.
Please, i'm literally in huge problem. the PC came to me for BIOS password, now i can't even bring the laptop to startup.

post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, product number,post the original contents of the bios chip..etc.

write with the keyboard..
