Then your problem is not bios.

i downloaded a couple of bios files from here and the machine come up with the back light but reboots just after the Dell logo come up and repeats the cycle. Any suggestions was working ok a few days ago left machine on during the weekend and now no display.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Yeah from here. I think what's happened is it was left in over the weekend and it done some updates and believe it may have done a bios update as part of the updates and something went wrong.

Read BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
Try the method at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools before requesting help

motherboard : LA-K491P Rev.3.0

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, Apply Changes, restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode. Let it run for 2 mins, it will restart several times with no display.
