did you install it from the stick??if it works then why do you want to disable the onboard ram memory?..

Yes, I can, but the integrated RAM is showing errors and corrupting data when I start the laptop. To make sure that the problem was the integrated RAM, I removed the memory that was in the slot and ran a memtest, and it shows several memory errors. It becomes unstable at various times.
So I want to disable the integrated RAM and use only the memory that is in the slot.

Unfortunately it didn't work, when I try to update it shows the error "Selected file is not a UEFI BIOS!". I've tried everything I found on the internet, it accepts the original BIOS. I'm going to buy a BIOS burner to see if it works with this file. Thank you for your support.

the bios file size seems to not be good, 19Mo.

your bios file seems to be corrupted, uefitool confirm.
Did you use clip to extract it?

I though it worked. Laptop turns on and 20 secconds latter, it turns off. even in bios. any idea?
